Hydraulic Rebar Straightening and Cutting Machine

The main parts of machine are Machine Base, Straightening Cylinder, Tractiong Mechanism, Hydraulic Cutting Mechanism, Auto Meter Counting Device, Mechanical Length Setting Device, Bearing Frame, Travel Device and Electrical Control etc.

1. Straightening Cylinder: the part makes Hyperbolic Roller to achieve a certain amount of eccentricity mainly by adjusting the straightening nut (Figure 2), and wire is straightened in Straightening Cylinder with high-speed rotation.

2. Drawing Mechanism: This mechanism is driven by motor, through the Speed Reduction Mechanism, the front & rear Traction Wheels draw wire move forward.

3. Auto Meter Counting Device: The part counts meter via Encoder (in centimeters), and set the desired length on Length Display of computer. Then press the OK button to complete the length setting. Meter Counting Wheel rotates along with the movement of wire, and then complete meter accounting by encoder. When reach the set length, the computer sends signal to Hydraulic Cutting Mechanism to cut. After resetting, waiting for the next work cycle. Via Counting Device, could set desired Piece(Quantity) on Quantity Display of computer, then press the OK button to finish.

4. Mechanical Length Setting Device: Connect plug of Travel Switch to Electronic Control Box, and mount  Travel Switch in desired position of Bracket. When wire run into Travel Switch, Travel Switch sends electrical signals to Hydraulic Cutting Mechanism to cut. After resetting, waiting for the next work cycle.

5. Hydraulic Cutting Mechanism: The Mechanism is supplied power by motor to drive hydraulic pump, via electromagnetic control to move cylinder piston rod to cut wire. After resetting by the help of spring, waiting for the next work cycle.

6. Bearing Frame: the wire passes cylindrical knife and proceeds along the Bearing Frame, and is cut when reach a predetermine length. Then the wire automatically slides down. Wait for the next cycle.
